		<description>I agree with idea, this is much similar to what Yahoo with YSlow is doin for web developers, though your Ideas are on literal implementation for same.

Moreover, it will save a plenty of bandwidth if it would be done by big websites that every online users browse them on daily basis right from google and allies to AOL, Yahoo, NyTimes,MySpace etc.</description>
